30-Day Returns
We want you to feel confident when shopping at Pawpello. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items should be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging when possible. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food, used grooming products, and heavily used pet items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To start a return, please contact us at support@pawpello.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide the next steps.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping times and bank processing times may vary.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or variant, you can place a new order and return the original item if eligible.
