Pawpello Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026. At Pawpello, we want you to feel confident when shopping for your pet. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer free returns within 30 days after delivery, as long as the item meets our return requirements.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging when possible. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.
Free Return Labels
Pawpello offers free return labels for eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will send the return label and instructions by email.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email support@pawpello.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Our support team will review your request and send return instructions if the item is eligible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@pawpello.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so we can review it and help with the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, size, color, or style, you can return the eligible item and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
At this time, Pawpello does not list standard final sale exclusions. However, all returned items must still meet our return requirements to be eligible for a refund.
Return Address
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return instructions and the correct return label will be provided by email after your return request is approved.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can be requested within 2 hours after placing your order, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. Please email support@pawpello.com as soon as possible.
