Where We Ship
Pawpello currently ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Box addresses, and APO/FPO military addresses.
Free U.S. Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on every order. There is no minimum order amount required for free standard shipping.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after they are placed. Weekends and U.S. holidays are not counted as processing days.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier activity, location, weather, holiday volume, or other delays outside our control.
Express Shipping
Our shipping is designed to be fast, with estimated delivery in 1–3 business days after processing. At this time, we do not offer a separate paid express shipping option.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your delivery details. You can use the tracking link to follow your package until it arrives.

Items May Ship Separately
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking update.
Wrong Shipping Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email support@pawpello.com within 2 hours after placing your order. Include your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has not been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link first for the latest carrier update. If there is no movement or you need help, contact us at support@pawpello.com with your order number.
Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check your mailbox, porch, building delivery area, neighbors, or household members. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@pawpello.com so we can help review the issue.
