1. Use of This Website
You agree to use Pawpello.com only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website for fraud, abuse, spam, illegal activity, payment misuse, unauthorized access, or any action that may harm our store, customers, systems, or service providers.
2. Products & Orders
Pawpello offers pet products for cats and dogs, including food, treats, bowls, toys, beds, accessories, grooming items, and pet care essentials. Product availability, prices, descriptions, colors, sizes, and images may change without notice. We do our best to display product information accurately, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings, product variations, supplier updates, or inventory changes.
Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation means we received your order, but it does not guarantee that the order has been accepted or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is a payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory problem, or shipping restriction.
3. Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Pawpello accepts major payment methods shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe and supported checkout services.
Taxes and Charges
Product prices are shown before any required taxes. If sales tax or other charges apply to your order, they will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Your payment is charged when your order is placed successfully.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Pawpello offers free U.S. shipping on every order with no minimum order amount. Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after processing. Weekends and U.S. holidays are not counted as processing days.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier activity, weather, holidays, address issues, or other delays outside our control. Orders may ship in separate packages, and you may receive more than one tracking update.
5. Returns & Refunds
Pawpello accepts returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging when possible. Eligible returns receive a free return label by email after the return request is approved.
Refunds and Exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, you can return the eligible product and place a new order.
6. Customer Accounts
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. Pawpello is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer details, outdated shipping information, or unauthorized account access caused by sharing login information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Pawpello.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, layout, product presentation, and brand materials, belongs to Pawpello or its content providers unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our website content for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pawpello works to provide accurate product information, secure checkout, and reliable service. However, we are not responsible for indirect losses, carrier delays, website interruptions, third-party service issues, weather delays, holiday delays, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can be requested within 2 hours after placing your order, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. Please contact support@pawpello.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our store, services, policies, or legal requirements. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the terms were last changed. Continued use of our website means you accept the updated terms.
