Why do some bags arrive “loose” instead of vacuum-packed?
We vacuum-seal our 6lb bags for compact storage to keep shipping costs low and offer you a better price. If a bag loses its vacuum seal during transit, rest assured the weight (6lbs) and quality remain exactly the same.

How often should I perform a full litter change?
For the freshest environment, we suggest a complete refresh every two - four weeks. Regular daily scooping will help extend the life of the litter and keep odors at bay.

Why choose this over traditional clay litter?
You’ll notice much less dust and tracking. It’s significantly lighter, more absorbent, and—unlike clay—it’s flushable and made from natural, plant-based materials.

How long will this 12lb/18lb pack last?
12lbs lasts ~30 days; 18lbs lasts ~45 days for 1 cat. Note: XL boxes may need extra bags for the initial 2-3" fill. This is a guide for usage time, not fill volume. Once established, daily scooping ensures your supply lasts as promised.

What if my cat is picky about the new litter?
Don’t worry! We recommend a gradual 4-week transition. Start by mixing 25% of our tofu litter with your current brand, slowly increasing the ratio until your cat is fully comfortable.
