Naraquin is a dietary phosphate binder for cats and dogs. It blends three phosphate-binding ingredients. Naraquin has ferric citrate, calcium acetate, and chitosan. These ingredients work in the gut to bind phosphate from your pet's food. This helps manage phosphate levels that reach your pet's kidneys. Your pet can then pass it in their stool. This helps balance or lower the phosphate levels in your pet's kidneys. Ferric citrate may provide an iron source. Calcium acetate can bind more phosphate than calcium carbonate. Chitosan also helps by binding protein digestion byproducts. Naraquin supports kidney health. It binds phosphate and has omega-3 fatty acids and beta-glucan.
