How can I judge the water level in the drinking fountain?
Due to technical difficulties, it is not easy to open a visual window on a stainless steel water dispenser. You can judge based on the amount of water the cat drinks. A 5KG cat can be used for 5-7 days after it is filled with water.

What should I pay attention to about the pump?
Firstly, the pump should be cleaned every 2 week; then if the water level in the tank is too low, the water pump still keeps running and prone to fail. Please add water to the water tank in time.
