Advantage Treatment Shampoo for Cats & Kittens is a cat shampoo that kills fleas and ticks on contact. No prescription is needed to help prevent fleas that may cause redness, irritation and itching commonly associated with flea bite dermatitis. Simply use this specially formulated flea and tick cat shampoo up to once every 7 days to kill fleas and ticks and clean and condition your cat's coat.
This cat and kitten flea treatment shampoo is easy to use. Simply wet your cat's coat for 2-3 minutes with warm water. Begin by applying the shampoo on your cat's head and ears and lather, making sure to wash carefully to keep shampoo out of eyes. Repeat on the neck, chest, middle and hindquarters, finishing legs last and paying attention to footpads and underbody. Be sure to thoroughly lather at the base of the tail, a spot commonly frequented by fleas. Allow the shampoo to sit for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with water.
