Can it be used for multiple cats?
We recommend one feeder per pet. Each feeder can pair with one microchip or one RFID tag, allowing it to identify and feed a single pet. For multiple cats, we recommend one feeder for each pet.

Is it compatible with my pet's microchip?
PawsPik works only with ISO-compliant 15-digit microchips. Other types of microchips are not supported. If you’re unsure, check with your veterinarian. Pets without a compatible microchip can use the included RFID tag instead.

Does it prevent access for unauthorized pets?
Yes. The feeder features access control. In Closed Mode, the door opens only for a paired compatible microchip or RFID tag. In Open Mode, it stays open but closes when an unpaired compatible microchip or RFID tag is detected.

Does it still work if the WiFi goes down?
This microchip cat feeder will still dispense scheduled feedings even if the Wi-Fi is down. Additionally, backup batteries can be installed that are used in the case of a power outage.

Is the pet feeder easy to clean?
Yes. The stainless steel bowl is dishwasher safe, and the food bin is removable for easy cleaning, making daily maintenance quick and convenient.

We want you to feel confident when shopping at Pawpello. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items should be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging when possible. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food, used grooming products, and heavily used pet items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To start a return, please contact us at support@pawpello.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide the next steps.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping times and bank processing times may vary.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or variant, you can place a new order and return the original item if eligible.
