1. Keep It Clean to Prevent Leaks
Regularly clean the water bottle to avoid buildup of food debris, hair, sand, or small particles around the steel ball. This helps maintain a tight seal and prevents leaks.
2. Easy Cleaning
When cleaning, avoid running tap water directly over the steel ball to prevent the seal washer from shifting.
To remove sticky residue, try flicking the bottle in one direction to dislodge debris. If necessary, gently use a cotton swab to reset the seal washer without damaging it.
3. Before Use
After every refill, seal the top lid tightly to keep everything dry and your pet hydrated without any mess.
