- Once heard a "click" sound, water dispenser part is ready to use.

How to add water?
- Retrieve the water tank.
- Unscrew the top cap.
- Fill with desired amount of water and then tighten the top cap.
- Place the water tank into water dispenser part and then continue to use!

No, this part is just a design. The smaller round bottle cap at the bottom is used to open and add water.
