It prevents dogs from splashing water, keeps long-eared or bearded dogs dry, helps avoid choking caused by rapid drinking, and stops pets from playing with water using their paws, ideal for messy drinkers.
Important Notes Before Purchase
- Suitable for Small to Medium Dogs: The bowl holds approximately 30oz (850mL) of water, specifically designed for small to medium-sized dogs weighing 18–35 pounds (8–16 kg) and with a shoulder height of 10.5–16.5”. It is not suitable for large dogs whose big muzzles may tip it over, or extra-small dogs for whom the bowl is too deep and wide for them to reach water easily. For short-legged dogs, ensure your pet’s shoulder height is at least 7.9” to drink without strain.
- Recommended to Use on the Floor: Due to variations in size, the bowl may not fit properly in your existing raised feeders. To ensure the best feeding experience, we recommend using it on the floor. (For customers needing a spill-proof bowl for raised feeders, our store also offers spill-proof bowl sets with matching feeders—please consider this set if needed.)
- Detachable Floating Disk: The plastic floating disk is designed to be detachable. It is normal for water to enter the inside of the floating disk. Please regularly disassemble and clean it to ensure its proper function. If you find it difficult to open the floating disk, you can also try using a flat-edged, blunt tool (such as a plastic spatula) to carefully pry up one side of the disk to create a small gap, then slowly lift it off.
- Tips for Guiding Your Dog to Use: This anti-spill bowl uses a "floating disk" design — only a little water flows out initially. Some dogs may refuse to try it at first; you can gently press the disk to release more water, showing your dog how the bowl works.
