How often should I clean the pet fountain and the pump?
We recommend cleaning the pet water dispenser and pump every week

Where can I get the replacement filters and sponges？

How frequently does the filters need to be replaced?
For the health of your pets, please change the filter every 1-2 weeks. In extreme cases, after cleaning and drying the filter thoroughly, it can be used for another 3-5 times

How to clean the water pump?
Please refer to the user manual for cleaning guide. The MOST IMPORTANT STEP is to remove the impeller inside the pump and carefully clean both the impeller and its slot, as these two components are often the primary causes of water pump failures
