The PetSafe Stubborn Dog In-Ground Fence Receiver Collar fits dogs who weigh 8 pounds or more and adjusts to fit neck sizes between 6-28 inches. The waterproof, battery-operated collar has a tone plus vibration mode and 4 levels of adjustable static correction at a higher intensity correction level for hard-to-train pets.
